**Quality Improvement Lead - Quality Management System**

**Location: Lincoln UK**

The Quality Improvement Lead - QMS provides regulatory leadership and is critical to developing the businesses Quality Management System, ensuring compliance and process improvement within Small Gas Turbines (SGT) business.

**A Snapshot of Your Day**

Delivering process improvement activities within SGT’s Quality Management System, ensuring processes are improved in line with business needs and regulatory requirements. Maintaining the required accreditation requirements throughout the different business areas, providing support for CE Marking regulations and delivering effective documentation management. To deliver a robust internal audit programme within SGT, working with the internal audit team and the central quality team to deliver improved auditing approaches in all audit disciplines. Work with functional leads to deliver an improved quality culture within the business.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Be the business specialist for all quality process improvement within SGT

Coach process owners on how to develop their process procedures to best in class.

Provide leadership on how to deliver all regulatory standards applicable to the business.

Provide expertise on how to improve processes using lean six sigma techniques

Provide governance for all certification requirements placed on SGT

What You Bring
- Regulatory experience in ISO9000 standards
- Lead auditor qualified
- Green/Black Belt certified
- Experience in developing and governing procedures
- Experience in delivering structured improvement projects
- Experience in facilitation of workshops
