**Job overview**:
The post holder will support the Trust in providing clinical and professional leadership, on vaccination, antibiotics, tobacco dependency, net zero and other projects. The post holder will be responsible for the annual staff flu and covid immunisation programme, monitor antibiotic use and develop policies and support the trust to deliver the tobacco dependancy programme and netzero. The post holder will also support the improvement of service standards, contribute towards the evidence base in this clinical field and develop self and others through reflective practice and active learning. The post holder will work closely with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless care.

The post holder will offer support and supervision to colleagues and provide specialist advice relevant to their clinical practice. They will be responsible for delivering training to peer vaccinators in line with PHE requirements. They will provide clinical advice and leadership appropriate to their professional background to colleagues and the Chief Pharmacist

**Main duties of the job**:
CFT is seeking a Vaccination, Antibiotic, Tobacco dependency & special projects Lead for Pharmacy to provide professional leadership and supervision to colleagues, deliver training to peer vaccinators and lead the delivery of CFT vaccination programmes across Cornwall.

The successful applicant will work alongside key stakeholders, develop positive working relationships across the Trust and present reports as required at Trust Board and other divisional meetings. In analysing the needs of the vaccination programme, the Vaccination Lead will develop flexible strategies to meet the needs where uptake is lower and develop multitude workplace settings and drop-in clinics across the multiple locations.

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic clinician to take forward Cornwall’s Vaccination programmes and to lead on pharmacy special projects.
