Established Facilities Management organisation seeks a **Facilities Services Administrator** toprovideFacilityServicesSupportincludingReception,Helpdesk,SharedServicesandPost.
The role of **Facilities Services Administrator**is offered as a permanent contract on a part time basis with a competitive salary.
**Facilities Services Administrator**duties:
- Scanning invoices.
- Checking invoices are received in the correct name.
- Checking invoices coded and signed in accordance with approval levels.
- Make sure invoices are scanned into correct workflows in a timely manner.
- Review supplier statements and request copies as needed.
- Review final demands and highlight to manager for escalation as needed.
- Sorting and delivering post to the various pigeonholes.
- Franking outgoing post and send Courier mail to meet daily deadlines.
- Assisting in the telecommunications services to the Site.
Experience and skills needed for a **Facilities Services Administrator**:
- Administration experience
- Windows Software: Word and Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and use own initiative.
Location: Wantage
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 9:30 - 14:30
**Salary**: £10.50ph
