Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Quickbooks accounting software and excel
- Process receipts and accounts payable, including scanning and electronic filing
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions and other accounts
- Assist with preparation of spreadsheets for various budgeting, forecasting and monitoring purposes including for year-end and tax preparations
- Other administrative tasks as required

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
