Paraplanner

**The Company**: Nationally recognised and expanding IFA business based looking to recruit a Senior Paraplanner coming from a private wealth advice background. A growing firm with excellent career opportunities on offer medium-term too, as thegroup continues to expand into 2023.

- **Hybrid Working**: Yes - 3 days office | 2 days WFH

**Package**:£35-42k base + bonus and full company benefits (below):

- 25 days holiday plus stats, 5% pension, 4xDIS, PMI in addition to a full flexible benefits package
- 35hr working week (Mon-Fri)

**The Role**:Consultative paraplanning role/remit working across complex private wealth advice and caseloads. Inclusive of cashflow modelling and client lifestyle planning work as required. Duties include:

- Construct financial advice and produce suitability reports for both private and group/corporate clients. Advice may relate to pension transfers, Inheritance Tax Planning, Trusts and other holistic planning areas
- Pro-actively participate in case conferences with advisers at various stages of the advice process
- Attend client meetings alongside advisers where required
- Completion of tax calculations
- Ensure the CRM and other systems are accurately maintained
- Complete due diligence and research on new propositions within the group

**The Person**:Paraplanning experience a necessity coupled with exposure to supporting IFA’s/financial advisers in a full research/report writing capacity.
- Technical knowledge and awareness across the private wealth product spectrum
- 2+ years’ time-served paraplanning experience which encompassed at-retirement advice, family planning and tax/trust caseloads
