Our client, a successful local manufacturer who is supplying their products to organisations worldwide is looking to add an experienced despatch operative to their team.
**Job Description**:
The successful applicant will be reporting directly to the logistics manager and will be responsible for organising and handling all outbound international shipping requirements.
- Enter sales orders onto the internal computer system
- Allocate the international sales orders with specific lot numbers
- Pick and pack customer orders ready for shipment
- Create and ensure all required shipping documentation is in place
- Book courier collections with the relevant preferred courier
- Maintain shipping documents records on the computer system
- Process return material authorisation requests
- Maintain good working relationships with couriers
- Provide relevant internal team with shipping documentation
- Carry out good house-keeping practices and maintain a clean and organised work area at all times
- Report problems with quality, process, equipment, or finished goods to the Warehouse Supervisor
- Comply with all policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements
The role will suit a highly organised and computer literate individual with experience in goods in/out or despatch roles within a warehouse environment. Because of the client's location access to their own transport would be preferential.

**Salary**: £11.28 per Hour
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
