We're recruiting for a** Senior Marketing Business Partner** to work closely with our senior operations team to drive practice performance by **providing high quality strategic advice and effective marketing plans**.

Reporting directly to our Head of Practice Marketing, and working closely with two Marketing Business Partners and a Marketing Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of efficient support to practices, excellent customer experience and overall business performance.

**Qualifications**
- Proven **experience in multi-site/matrix organisation marketing**, campaign management, account management or a related role
- ** Experience in line management** and leadership
- Strong **knowledge of marketing tools and technology** (e.g., Google Analytics, GoogleAds, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans, but also enjoys being hands-on when required too
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to simplify the complex, communicate clearly and unambiguously.

We offer a **hybrid working model** that allows you to split your week between working from home, and our support office in Cheltenham. This will likely be 1 or 2 days a week in the office, with full flexibility around the days that work best for you, and the rest working from home. Our office is conveniently located opposite the racecourse entrance, and features a café on-site, free parking, and beautiful parkland surroundings.
