A bit about the role...
As a Planner with Costa Express, you will be part of a fast-paced planning environment. You’ll plan daily work for our Field Service Engineers to ensure the coffee keeps flowing. You’ll take full ownership of one of four UK regions and will be responsible for the repair and maintenance planning of circa 3000 machines. Reporting to Planning Lead, your accountabilities will include
- Achieving of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) set to ensure machines are kept trading
- Ensuring all machines receive planned maintenance visits in line with annual requirement
- Clear and regular communication with your region, including both the Engineers and Service Team Management
- Daily/Weekly reporting on Planning Team key deliverables

- Ideally (but not essential), experience in a planning role using either manual or optimised scheduling software
- Proven understanding of complex operational processes
- Report collation and writing
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, with experience in influencing stakeholders
- Strong MS Office skills

**Location**: Loudwater (hybrid working - 2 days in the office)
