**Key Points of the role**
- Core working hours are **8am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday** **on site,** with extra hours sometimes required. Travel to 1st site and home from last site, within a company vehicle, is expected additionally, up to an hours travel.
- You will be responsible for the cleaning and grounds maintenance of external and internal communal areas within residential apartment blocks.
- You will carry out general ground's maintenance, window cleaning, adhoc and repairs.
- You will be proactive in helping assess for maintenance issues, health and safety including reporting building defects, testing of fire and security alarms.
- The ability to work in a fast paced business; during the growing season is essential, and you will need to be fit, healthy and able to undertake the duties for this role.
