**Job Description**:
We are recruiting for a cleaner/ caretaker to work for a housing association. This role involves looking after specific housing estates in Acton, cleaning the communal areas, this can included but not limited to vacuum cleaning the carpeted areas, mopping floors, emptying bins, litter picking outside areas, tidying and cleaning the bin storage areas. The work isn't heavy but you do need to be physically fit. Ability to communicate in English is essential as there will be instruction via phone and face to face contact with the residents.
We have 2 positions available:
1) Part time Caretaker: 21 hours a week, 7am-3pm based in Acton.
2) Full time Caretaker: 35 hours a week, Monday-Friday based in Southall covering North West London area. (Company Vehicle will be provided).
A proven background in caretaking or cleaning is essential.
You MUST have a UK driving licence.
You will need to have a basic disclosure check completed and provide 3 years previous work/ educational history
