Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity to join a well-established recruitment team to support in managing their fast-paced resourcing needs in our London office location.

**The In-House Recruiter's responsibilities will include**:

- Handling a high volume of vacancies and conducting telephone interviews in the most professional, time-efficient and overall effective manner.
- Regular meetings with Partners and senior stakeholders - providing market updates and regular communications around recruitment needs.
- Regular meetings with the Office Managing Partner to provide oversight on general London recruitment - vacancy overviews, challenges, general market intel.
- Supporting the National Head of Recruitment in the implementation of the recruitment strategy
- Assist in developing appropriate selection methods, including timescales and talent pipelining.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working within an internal recruitment function or agency setting - preferably within Professional Services.
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships.
- Proven experience of supporting high volume recruitment campaigns
- Able to work independently, prioritising your workload whilst maintaining great attention to detail.
- Proactive and dynamic.
