A Site Agent on our Severn Trent Water Framework, you’ll be joining one of our largest civils team in the business - working alongside our long-established team on clean and wastewater projects; you'll receive support in abundance to thrive in your role with enrolment on our Site Agent Academy that'll help kickstart your JN Bentley career

If new to working with water, this'll help your transition into an increasingly popular sector; where you'll deliver schemes vital to the future of Severn Trent Water achieving their goals to create a better future for their communities: reducing pollution by 17% and improving up to 2,100km of rivers.

**Your day to day will include**:

- The opportunity to liaise with our inhouse designers to solve problems
- Involvement with site level procurement, subcontractor logistics and H&s reporting
- At JN Bentley you’ll kick off the day, and set the tone for the team with the starter shift
- Develop a right 1st time and safe site culture, by contributing to work planning, and briefing project teams, contractors, and suppliers

**What would we like from you?**
- Relevant qualification (SMSTS / NVQ L3 / HNC / Degree)
- Good knowledge of temporary works
- Civil Engineering background
