**The Senior Pricing Analyst**:
Likely to be either a Senior Analyst level currently, or someone with extensive analytical skills looking for career progression, you’ll help them to maximise access to fair credit in the UK and reach their target of distributing £1bn in unsecured loansannually by 2026. To support this goal, they’re investing heavily in our pricing infrastructure, from data insights to machine learning, and from AB testing to website analytics. You’ll be driving their pricing acumen forward, building out and enhancing theproposal process, working closely with Finance, Risk and Data Science to develop a market-leading pricing platform

**Responsibilities of the Senior Pricing Analyst**:

- Strong focus on pricing analysis and financial model development, building out a wealth of tools and insights that drive forward meaningful insight to drive key business decisions.
- Experiment, refine and review - Develop pricing proposals and work closely with Data Science to build out pricing modelling and experiment tracking that help to rapidly scale the business.
- Champion the customer through demonstrating fairness in pricing / product changes.
- Define and drive delivery of robust analytics to make pricing and rate change recommendations to senior stakeholders including Pricing Committee.
- Develop a deep understanding of their customers through your analysis, building out proposals, strategies, and automation to ensure they become the best-in-class pricing team

**Skills and requirements**:

- Good knowledge of loans or savings product pricing
- Advanced Excel user, ideally with SQL and some Tableau experience too
- Passionate about learning, problem solving, and finding resolutions through sound judgment.
- Ability to get buy-in from various specialised areas of the business, such as Credit Risk and Finance, through strong communication and stakeholder management.
- Adept at pulling together reporting and summarising for committees that clearly communicates data in a meaningful and effective way.
- Comfortable spearheading a high-performing, fast-paced, delivery-focussed mission.
- Experimenting wildly in a rapidly evolving industry to create and maintain a business advantage.
