YARD TRADER / RELIEF DRIVER [HORNCASTLE]

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a full-time **Yard Trader / Relief Driver **based at our brand-new branch in Horncastle**.. **We are looking for someone with an enthusiasm for customer service and who is confident to work as part of a team and under their own initiative. **Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Loading our fleet of delivery vehicles ensuring that all products are safely loaded and secured.
- Making local deliveries (as relief driver) in one of our Class 2 HGV Hiab Vehicles
- Ensuring loads are correct against the customers’ orders.
- Ensuring delivery is safe to make and respecting customer’s property.
- Unloading all palletised deliveries and stock orders.
- Provide first class customer service.
- Handle any customer issues on delivery effectively

**We are looking for someone with;**
- Full Driving licence for a Class 2 (Cat C) HGV vehicle with Digi-card and full Driver CPC is desirable.
- Fork-lift licence would be an advantage.
- Hiab Experience preferable but not essential
- Excellent customer service skills.
- A flexible approach to work.

This is a full-time role; hours of work will be 7:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday (with 1 hour for lunch) and 7:30am to 12:30pm on 1 in 3 Saturdays.
