**Responsibilities**
Liaising with the customer to ensure contract requirements are met and any issues are resolved effectively
Processing customer orders from ordering to dispatch, using customer SAP and WMS system
Allocation of orders
Adherence to standard operating procedures and company policies
Perform and administer daily checks on Warehouse Management, SAP and information Systems
Updating diaries and advising internal parties and customers as appropriate
Printing and allocating labels
**Knowledge, skills & experience required**
Previous administrative contract experience, ideally in a 3PL environment
Good working knowledge of Warehouse Management System & SAP
Strong communication skills
Excellent organsiational and time management skills
A keen eye for detail, highly analytical and demonstrates the ability to problem solve
Ability to work under pressure as an effective member of the team
Excellent Customer Service Skills

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
