Production Operative

**The Company**
- MTrec are currently recruiting for a specialist firm based in Prudhoe area. These roles are for long term and will be offered a permanent position after a completion of a successful trial period.

**The Role**
- Attend pre shift team briefings, highlight workload, and discuss targets for day ahead
- Report any issues back to team leaders and higher management if needed
- General warehouse duties
- Picking and packing of stock
- Visual quality inspections carried out, checking for any issues and faults
- Carrying out heavy lifting and manual handling duties throughout the day
- Target driven environment, supporting production lines and carry out hand assembly
- General housekeeping duties, ensuring workspace is kept clean and safe at all times

**The Person**
- Excellent attitude and attendance required in order to gain a permanent contract

- 7:30am - 15:00pm
