We are looking to recruit an Operations Coordinator for an exciting client of ours, who are a major European competitor in the logistics arena. As a member of the Operations team, you will be a part of an integral group within the company, playing an essential role in the Planning and Operations side of the company.

THE ROLE:
Other key responsibilities include:
Order processing.

Transport planning.

Finding and planning the appropriate routes for wide load movements in the UK and Ireland.

Liaising with suppliers to maintain relevant documentation.

Multiple storage and technical activities, including booking cargo and subcontractors on and off site.

THE CANDIDATE:
An ambitious and positive attitude.

The ability to follow and carry out set procedures.

The skills to work from their own initiative, and prioritise tasks when needed, whilst maintaining a close attention to detail.

Proficiency in Ms Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.

Excellent customer service skills, including a professional and approachable telephone manner.
