Robertson Bell is working with a social housing organisation to recruit an Interim Rent and Service Charge Manager on a 12 month contract. The main responsibilities of the role include:
- Leading on the service charge budgets for the next financial year and review the current budgets.
- Line managment of a expiernced and hardworking team.
- Process improvements across the service charge function.
Flexible working is on offer with two days per week to be spent in the Buckinshire office. The right person for this role:
- Has a wealth of service charge accounting experience.
- Ideally comes from a social housing background.
