**Business Support Coordinator -Oxford Office - 26k plus superb benefits**

A leading independent property consultancy in the UK offering agency and professional advice across Commercial, Residential and Rural sectors in looking for **a Business Support Coordinator** to support a busy team in their residential Oxford Office.

You will join a dynamic team and support with front of house, admin and marketing duties.

**Admin and Customer Service Responsibilities**
- Provide an exceptional internal and external customer experience in every interaction
- Assist in answering incoming calls and website enquiries
- Assist with arranging and organising property visits
- Maintain a tidy office and reception area
- Work with Operations teams to provide efficient property sales administration

**Marketing Responsibilities**
- Create mailers, property brochures, window cards, and pitching materials
- Occasionally arrange and upload EPCs, photos, and floorplans
- Supply imagery and property information for regional publications and central marketing campaigns, working alongside your Marketing Senior Operations Coordinator when necessary
- , PR, and social media

**You will have 6 month experience gained within an admin or customer facing environment but its all about the right attitude. You will be enthusiastic and professional with good customer facing experience, organisational skills and a "can do" attitude.
