As our Host/Receptionist, you'll be the face of our establishment, the friendly voice on the phone, and the captain of our ship when it comes to reservations and guest services. Here's what you'll be doing:

- Warm Welcomes: Greet guests with a smile, escort them to their tables, and make them feel like VIPs from the moment they walk through the door.
- Reservation Management: Handle reservations like a pro, ensuring accuracy and managing the flow of guests to maximize our dining and lodging experiences.
- Guest Assistance: Be the go-to person for guest inquiries, whether it's about the menu, special requests, or local recommendations.
- Multitasking Magic: Juggle multiple tasks seamlessly - from managing our booking platform to coordinating with the kitchen and serving staff.
- Phone Charm: Handle phone calls with professionalism and charm, assisting with reservations and inquiries.
- Assist in service when required.

- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- A friendly and approachable personality - you're the host with the most
- Excellent communication skills - you'll be chatting with guests all day.
- Strong organisational skills to keep the flow smooth even during busy times.
