Here at **GXO Greenford**, we are looking for an **Inventory Administrator **to join our team. You will be keeping a close eye on the ‘ins and outs’ of all things stock, to make sure everything is as efficient as it can be from start to finish.

You’ll be working on a **full-time**, **permanent **basis, **37.5 hours** per week, Monday to Friday, covering the hours of **17:00-01:00**. Sound like a role for you? Get in touch today

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Process outbound orders and receipt of inbound loads
- Manage relevant documentation ensuring warehouse productivity and customer service levels are maintained to a high standard
- Ensure full audit process compliance to CMI within stock and admin functions
- Accurately maintain data and operational information on key business systems

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Previous Inventory/Stock control experience preferred but not essential
- Understands the auditing functions and how to carry out the relevant checks
- Strong IT skills and a good understanding of the WMS systems
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
