In this role, you will be responsible for converting inbound sales leads, nurturing relationships with potential and existing customers, and closing sales deals. With uncapped commission and a clear career trajectory into senior sales and management roles, there's no limit to your potential growth with us.

**Responsibilities**:

- Effectively respond to inbound sales inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to drive sales conversions.
- Support existing customers with after-sale enquiries.
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to optimise sales strategies and achieve departmental goals.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in a telesales and/or customer service environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software is advantageous.
