Location: North Thoresby Practice (covering two sites)
Type: Full-time (part-time considered)
Requirements: Good communication skills, ability to work in a busy environment, own transport preferred
Experience: Preferred but not essential
Optional: Saturdays, possible overtime

We are currently seeking a Care Navigator to join our team at the North Thoresby Practice. This position involves working across two sites and requires excellent communication skills, along with the ability to thrive in a busy environment as part of a friendly team.

Own transport is preferred for this role. This is a full-time position, but we are open to considering two part-time positions. Additionally, there may be opportunities for overtime when required, and optional Saturday shifts are available.
