As the Inventory Reconciler is responsible for the counting of production material across all product lines. This includes the support of the Cycle / Test count programs, the outgoing counts and the discrepancy counts.

**Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to**:

- Physical counting of material across the site and the adjustment of inventory by location as required.
- Documenting / audit correction as required within the system (Glovia) in line with Corporate and Sarbanes Oxley audit requirements.
- Conducting a first stage inventory reconciliation which includes the following root cause analysis:

- Investigating transaction history, Checking receiving and last receipts, Liaise with PD/Engineering, Checking the bill of material to ensure that material is dispersing correctly
- Support the departments’ goal to reach 95% IRA accuracy across the plan by year end.
- Location / stores audits and receipt counting as required.
- Adhere to the company's Health & Safety policy and safe working practices.

- An excellent level of literacy and numeracy skills (you will be required to pass a maths test)
- Self-motivated with a high level of attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the operation and logistic functions
- Knowledge of the Glovia systems and Logistic transactions.
- Be able to communicate and liaise with all levels of the organisation and work within a team environment.
- Computer literate on Microsoft excel
- Possess a knowledgeable Material Control processes and systems.
- Ability to read Engineering Drawings
