**About the role**

Reporting into the Estate manager you will be responsible for providing high quality cleaning services at our beautiful new development Signal Park, Tolworth. As the dedicated Cleaner for the scheme, you will provide an efficient cleaning service, ensuring that the buildings and facilities are cleaned to a high specification. You will be responsible for all internal and external communal areas, organising your own cleaning schedule to ensure high standards are consistently maintained, you will be expected to carry out duties such littler picking, sweeping and rubbish removal.

**What we’re looking for**
We’re a customer-focused organisation so we know that how we do things is just as important as what we do. You’ll not only be an experienced cleaner, ideally with previous experience of cleaning estates and/or housing schemes but you’ll also have great customer service skills and a willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done.

You’ll also be able to demonstrate:

- Proven experience of cleaning to excellent standards.
- Proven experience of operating cleaning equipment, including electrical items such as vacuum cleaners.
- Proven ability to record and pass on information accurately and in a timely manager.
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Able to demonstrate Guinness Behaviours

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience of cleaning in a residential setting.
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety requirements.
- Appreciation of the differing needs of diverse individuals and communities.

**Interviews will take place week commencing 11th March at Signal Park, Tolworth, Surbiton, KT5 with a view of starting ASAP. Applicants must be able to easily commute to this location on a daily basis.**
