- Manage administrative tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly

- Answer phones professionally and direct calls as needed

- Uphold phone etiquette standards when communicating with members and colleagues

- Proficiency in clerical duties and data entry
- Experience with Google sheets and MS Office, Canva
- Strong administrative skills to support office operations
- Ability to use computer systems efficiently
- Familiarity with office software, including Google Suite
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage office tasks efficiently
