We are looking for several, experienced, multi-skilled operatives. You will undertake maintenance, repair and minor project works associated with critical, essential and non-essential reactive requests for our commercial clients

**Skills and Experience**
- _Experience in general building including glazing, flooring, roof repairs, locks, carpentry_
- _Minimum of 3 years’ experience in reactive and small project maintenance_
- _Full UK driving license_
- _Own tools_
- _Good communication and customer service skills_
- _IT Literate including iPhone/iPad and Android devices_
- _Good time and diary planning skills_
- _Ability to report clear concise information to the operations department_
