General Farm Labourer

Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Perform general labour duties such as digging, loading, and unloading materials
- Assist with animal care, farm maintenance, and irrigation tasks
- Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment for repairs and maintenance
- Conduct heavy lifting tasks as required
- Utilise mechanical knowledge to operate machinery and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas

Qualifications:

- Horticultural knowledge an advantage
- Interest in Organic and Wildlife protection and enhancement
- Driving ability for an array of vehicles ( training will be given )
- Previous experience in a labour-intensive role is advantageous
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labour tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and equipment for repairs
- Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations
- Mechanical knowledge for operating machinery and equipment
- Capability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temp to perm, Graduate, Volunteer
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: £8.51-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
