**NPD Mechanical Design Engineer (Usability) - £38K - £45K - Andover - Medical Devices NPD/R&D**

I’m currently recruiting for an exciting medical device company in Andover. They’re looking for an innovative, creative and forward thinking Design Engineer to join an expanding New Product Development team. You will have the opportunity to take compellingnew medical products through the early stages of development to manufacture.

**Main Duties Include**:
+ Usability research and development

+ 3D CAD design

+ Concept designing

+ Prototyping and testing

**Skills and Experience Required**:
+ Strong understanding of Medical Device product design

+ Understanding of Human Factors principles including UFMEA

+ 3D CAD Design experience

+ NPD/NPI/R&D experience

Salary will be between £38,000 - £45,000 depending on experience. The company also has a wide range of benefits included in the package.
