**Job Title**:NHS Trust Risk Lead

**Start Date**: ASAP

**Location**: Maidstone, Kent

**Duration**: Three months from start date, to be reviewed monthly.

**Working Pattern**:37.5 hours per week, on-site or remote (flexible options available)

**Reason for Vacancy**:Long-Term sickness cover

**Pay**:£25 - £30 per hour

As the Trust Risk Lead, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the risk management strategies and processes.

**Key Tasks**:

- Pulling together a comprehensive Trust improvement plan based on regulatory notices received to date.
- Scoping a Trust-wide risk training plan to enhance organizational awareness.
- Amending the existing risk policy in light of regulatory updates and notices.
- Writing key committee papers related to Trust risk activities.
- Providing crucial support to leadership teams in navigating and managing risk effectively.

**Key Skills / Experience**:

- Accredited Risk Management Course (Capsticks, etc.).
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as an NHS Trust Risk Lead (8B).
