The CFO Centre is the UK and Global Number 1 provider of part-time Financial Directors to SME businesses. Founded in 2001 The FD & CFO Centre is a fast-growing organisation now made up of over 1,000 people, on 5 continents, across 19 countries, and operating in 92 regions. The business is structured so that our clients can enjoy the combined skills, contacts, and experience of our entire national and international FD/CFO team without the cost of employing a full-time FD/CFO.

**Role Purpose**:
As Country Marketing Exec you will be responsible for supporting the formulation and execution of specific country marketing plans working with Country Leaders and the global marketing team. These marketing plans will form a critical part of the go to market and growth strategies for these countries.

To be a good fit for this role we expect you to have the relevant B2B marketing experience across the marketing mix (outbound and inbound lead generation). You will bring a customer centric fact based, test and learn approach to your thinking ensuring that your plan is aligned to the overarching go-to-market for each of the countries you will be supporting.

**Responsibilities**:
You will report into the to the appropriate Country Leaders and the Group CMO and will have the following key responsibilities:

- Supporting the creation of the marketing strategy and annual marketing plans for the countries that you are supporting.
- To execute the annual marketing plan delivering the appropriate campaigns, tactics, and deliverables
- To create appropriate marketing targets, monitoring performance and driving improvements.
- Support the Country Leaders in defining their addressable markets, competitive landscape and approach to targeting.
- Ensure all marketing materials are brand and legally compliant.
- Represent the country on global marketing forums sharing and seeking best practices that might improve performance.

**Skills & Knowledge**:

- Strong B2B marketing skills and experience
- Understanding of market segmentation and targeting
- Data driven decision making. A keen eye for the numbers and desire to interrogate the detail.
- Ability to thrive in a high growth environment, with a track-record of achievement in the responsibilities outlined above.
- Excellent organisational skills, able to multi-task and prioritise efficiently.
- The ability to work independently and problem solve where necessary, as well as to work as an integral part of the team.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship skills.
- Effective, versatile and action-oriented; able to engage in marketing planning discussions, manage the operational delivery, and to roll up your sleeves for all levels of tasks required.
