Junior Insurance Administrator

Opportunity for someone looking to get their "foot in the door" at an ever growing independent insurance group and join them as an Junior Insurance Administrator / Office Assistant in the Stratford-Upon-Avon area.
Personality wise you need to be tough skinned, approachable, able to multitask and confident on the telephone.
It's a varied role where you'll be at hand to help out whenever needed. Duties will include:
- Provide assistance with reception duties and general day to day running of the office
- Prepare and produce reports
- Checking and filing documentation
- Provide support and assistance to all teams on a range of administrative tasks
- Data Entry - Mail Merges
- Printing, sorting and sending renewal documentation
