The Property Centre is a leading estate agency based in Taunton and Bristol, providing exceptional service to our clients in the South West. We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Sales Negotiator to join our team in Taunton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the estate agency industry.

As a Trainee Sales Negotiator, your role will involve assisting our clients in their property search, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the sales team in progressing transactions from start to finish. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and gain valuable knowledge and skills in the field.

**Key Daily Roles**
- Introduce applicants to our stock and arrange a viewing where appropriate.
- Introduce applicants to our financial advisor, if they haven’t had any mortgage advice or if they agree to compare rates - No hard selling.
- To introduce customers to our recommended conveyancers where appropriate.
- To softly introduce applicants with houses to sell to our model of estate agency and arrange a valuation where appropriate.
- Carry out valuations, instruction appointments and the marketing of your properties.
- To maintain high levels of customer service.
- Provide feedback to your vendors after viewings.
- Conduct viewings on your listings
- Progress sales in your pipeline through to completion.

**Key Responsibilities**
- To register all applicants where appropriate.
- Effectively use the diary to maximise time where appropriate.
- Meet personal targets set and agreed with your Line Manager.
- Maintain records of branch activity and business as required.
- To accurately record details of **all** conversations with customers.
- All forms and general correspondence must be presented in a legible and tidy fashion.
- Be punctual at all times, presenting yourself and your work area in a neat and tidy business-like manner.
- Answer the telephone and take messages if you cannot help the customer yourself.
