As we evolve our structure to better serve our customers, we are looking to recruit an experienced Buyer of Electrical Household Appliances & Personal Care to source and deliver, a range of products that puts the customer at the heart of everything, which will achieve sales and margin targets whilst bringing knowledge, experience and expertise to the relevant product range(s) that enables effective product management and growth realisation.

As a Buyer at Studio, you will be responsible for:

- Developing, delivering, and communicating the plan for the product ranges to deliver the agreed strategic objectives
- Managing the on-time delivery of the critical path
- Driving the commercial performance of the product ranges, maximising growth, opportunities, and mitigating risks
- Coaching and mentoring junior buyers, assistant buyers and buying admin to deliver with confidence and competence
- Identifying, building, and maintaining key internal and external stakeholder relationships to deliver the commercial performance
- Risk Management

**Who are we looking for?**
- Experience of buying for retail - bricks and mortar and e-Comm
- Previous experience of buying across non-clothing categories ideally Electrical Household Appliances & Personal Care
- Proven track record or leading teams through change
- Ability to coach and develop a team
- Track record of developing a high-performance culture
- Excellent commercial, analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to network
- Experience of managing a significant budget
- Passion for retail
- Passion for product and understanding of current and future trends
- Proven track record of delivering results and competitive edge
- Ability to plan and prioritise and meet deadlines
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence senior managers and peer group
