**Key responsibilities of a Viewing Agent**

The main purpose of the role is to conduct property viewings, obtain viewing feedback from viewers, generate and book appointments, progress sales though to completion, general office admin. You will also be optimising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisors. If you're looking to start a career in Estate Agency, the role of a viewing agent is the perfect opportunity to get your foot in the door

**Skills and experience required to be a successful Viewing Agent**
- **No experience required - full training provided**:

- **An ambitious **applicant looking for **progression**:

- Able to generate new business in a **target driven** environment
- Outstanding customer care / **customer service **experience
- Resilient, **positive**, punctual, organised, numerate and **detail oriented**:

- Excellent verbal and written **communication** skills
- A **Full UK driving licence**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: From £10.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
