Kiwi Recruitment have a brilliant opportunity to join our client, one of the UKs largest manufacturers of specialist plastics within the trade industry in the role of Branch Manager.

As Branch manager you will be at the forefront of the company always delivering the highest levels of customer service and a culture of excellence with the Branch.

You will regularly report to the regional manager with ways of developing the creation of sales and marketing plans to generate sales and growth and customer loyalty.

**Duties to include**:

- Maintaining and reporting accurate records of sales, deliveries, vehicle checks reports as required.
- Developing and initiating branch action plans to maintain existing business and new business.
- Setting the example for trade counter staff in areas of personal character, commitment, organisational and selling skills, and work habits.
- Conducting regular coaching and training exercises with trade counter staff to build motivation and selling skills, and build a strong team culture, where necessary.
- Identifying and picking stock items for customers in a timely manner and ensuring the products are loaded and delivered on time and in a professional way.

**Requirements**:

- Experience of working in a trade environment.
- Experience of customer service.
- Experience of dealing with cash, budgets, and sales.
- Full driving license.
- Experience of managing a team.
- Ideally some knowledge of the construction industry
