We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Creative Artworker to join our NPD team in Brooklands. Reporting to the Director of Development & Project Management, you will deliver creative solutions within our games portfolio. You will have the opportunity to collaborate on a wide variety of work, including packaging artwork, game designs and product illustrations as well as a range of marketing materials and assets.

This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn and grow and make a meaningful impact in a fun, fast-paced and collaborative environment.

**The Role**:

- Design market-leading, eye-catching games graphics and artwork across the TOMY International range.
- Work in partnership with the Senior Graphic Designer and Product Design team to design and develop market-leading games packaging and graphical assets.
- Localize and retouch games artwork and assets to include local or multi-language elements.
- Work with our Marketing teams to create internal/external marketing communications materials such as exhibition graphics, promotional materials, catalogue pages and online digital assets.
- Work alongside our Far East cross-functional teams to take games artwork from development to production.
- Deliver a high level of quality and consistency across materials and align the creative approach for a global market.
- Ensure all design work meets the requirements of the brief prior to sign off.
- Manage workload and prioritize briefs in line with agreed critical path, communicating any potential issues or challenges.
- Contribute fresh ideas and creativity to brainstorming sessions and design meetings.
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends, techniques, and best practices.

- Have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Have 2-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer/Artworker - experience in the Games/Toy sector would be a significant benefit.
- Be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Have experience in designing for both print and digital platforms.
- Have a good understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory.
- Be a creative problem solver in both thinking and execution.
- Have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Have the ability to take direction and feedback positively and incorporate it into your work.
- Have a good eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing designs.
- Be a motivated self-starter with a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on new challenges.
- Have a playing to win attitude.

**TOMY offers a hybrid working approach **which allows employees to benefit from working at home on Mondays and Fridays. Attendance will be required in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00 per year
