SF Recruitment have recently partnered with a engineering/manufacturing business based in North Birmingham. They are looking for a stand alone HR generalist. You will be joining a small friendly organisation who really value their employees.

**Salary**: £30,000 - £35,000
Hours: 35 per week with an early finish on Friday
This is an office based role.
- Providing support and guidance to managers regarding employee relations
- End to end recruitment, advertising roles, shortlisting, organising interviews and onboarding
- Providing payroll reports
- Processing starters and leavers
- Being part of HR projects, specifically, implementation of performance management tools, creating a skills matrix, devising learning and development initiatives.
- As this role is stand alone you will be responsible for all HR admin.
Required
- Previous HR experience
- CIPD Level 3 desirable
- Experience of managing payroll is desirable
