**Role Overview**:
As the Lead Salesperson in our newly expanded area, you will play a pivotal role in establishing our presence and driving sales growth. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about achieving 6-figure earnings, committed to becoming top closers, and thrive in a competitive and dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Cold call prospects, set appointments, and manage the entire sales cycle to closure.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to tailor bespoke solutions for customers.
- Present, promote, and sell products effectively to both existing and prospective customers.
- Be available to handle sales calls throughout the week and follow up diligently with prospective customers.
- Prepare accurate and professional sales packs and documents for meetings and customer communication.
- Act as the forefront of the customer experience, ensuring a unique and exceptional sales journey.
- Develop strong and ongoing relationships with prospective customers.
- Track all sales activities in the company CRM system on a daily basis.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and participate in daily sales training.
- Coordinate effectively with other departments throughout the sales cycle.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction.

**Role Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.

- Willingness to engage in daily role-playing and sales training.
- Availability to meet customers whenever and wherever necessary to secure deals.
