A global Financial Services organisation are hiring for a Senior Project Manager to join them on a permanent basis in their Amsterdam office, to lead the delivery of key projects across Transformation, Operational and Technology programmes, The ideal seniorPM will have a people focused lens to the projects, using elements of the internal Change framework to deliver on the strategies and initiatives.

Key Projects:

- Improvements to existing global Finance Shared Service Centres - implementing new processes & ways of working
- Business Process optimisation
- Process Automation
- SAP Implementation - Non technical
- M&A
- Global Payroll transformation

Key requirements:

- 8-10 years experience in leading projects in a global, fast paced environment
- Experience across technology, people and operational project management with proven successes in these areas
- Very strong business process optimisation and process automation experience (RPA’s and Power Automate ideally)
- Experience implementing Shared Services across Finance, globally
- SAP Experience is ideal
- Project management qualifications, ideally PMP / Prince2

Role details:

- Hybrid model with 1 - 2 days per week in Amsterdam
- €100k base salary
- Must be available within 1 month notice
