Due to the rapid growth within our Company, we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven energy assistant surveyor to completing comprehensive residential property surveys and reports in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Carrying out surveys in residential properties in a professional manner
- Ensuring that necessary pictures are captured during survey visits to include as part of the survey reports
- Completing survey reports ensuring that all necessary numerical and narrative information is included
- Adopting a high level of customer service when completing residential surveys, by communicating effectively and providing necessary information to the customer

This will be a permanent full time position.
- Ability to effectively manage own time/good time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages including Publisher, Excel and Word
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Knowledge in the building industry is desirable however not essential as full training will be provided
- Ability to work under pressure towards meeting deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to advice customers upon visits.
- Attention to detail

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: Up to £22,000.00 per year
