Ecommerce Executive

**An Ecommerce Specialist is required for a well-established ecommerce organisation in Hayes. Joining the Digital Team, the post-holder will support the Consumer Team to optimise ecommerce performance to ensure a superb online customer experience.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Improve ecommerce performance
- Product knowledge
- Work autonomously within the Consumer Team and liaise with EU team
- Editing / proof-reading copy
- Travel to EU-based offices several times a year
- Monitoring competitors
- Managing current and developing future e-concessions
- KPI reporting

**The post-holder will receive 28 days holiday plus bank holidays, a company pension scheme and on-site parking.**

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Digital Marketing or related field
- 2+ years' experience in a B2C e-commerce department
- Merchandising and e-commerce expertise
- Self-motivated, proactive and a good team player
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
