**Role Length: This opening assignment is for 12 weeks**

**Experience**:

- Experience of customer services either telephony or face to face.
- Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role, or context and ideally within a public sector organisation.

**Skills**:

- A good standard of numerical ability.
- Ability to communicate with the general public.
- Able to deal with sensitive issues.
- Ability to pass information accurately between colleagues, other agencies and partners.
- Ability to work and act independently.
- Good organisational skills.
- Good verbal and written skills.
- Strong IT skills using Microsoft packages or equivalent (e.g. G Suite).
