- Supervise and manage a team of civil workers to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects
- Oversee the construction and maintenance of civil infrastructure, such as roads, bridges, and buildings
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor progress and quality of work to ensure adherence to safety standards and project requirements
- Provide guidance and support to team members, including training and development opportunities
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify areas for improvement or corrective action
- Prepare reports and documentation related to project progress, budgeting, and resource allocation

- Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry, extensive knowledge of Open reach and telecoms network essential
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and techniques
- Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
- Proficient in using construction software and tools for project management
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality control and adherence to safety regulations
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
