**Position Summary**:
We are currently looking for a Senior Business Central Consultant to join a growing team of Microsoft Dynamics professionals for a business based on the South Coast. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Central / NAV Consultant to demonstrate their in-depth and detailed knowledge and experience of these ERP Solutions along with third party add-ons. You will be providing manufacturing organisations with a full and complete business solution; ensuring the customer’s requirements and needs are entirely realised.

You'll be working with cutting edge technology and utilising the latest offerings in AI, Machine Learning, Big Data, Cloud Computing and Cyber Security.

You will not only learn about the new technologies but become an advocate of them in your role of a Senior Consultant.

**What will you be doing?**

The role of the Senior Consultant will operate slightly differently depending upon the type of work / project being undertaken. You will be assigned to and responsible for a customer, depending on the work types being carried out. You will assist in leading a delivery team directly or by influence. You will play an integral role in building the team’s skillset while demonstrating your values through delegation, motivation, trust and action.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- The production of Technical Design Documentation based on business requirements
- You will ensure that all proposed solutions meet with the overall customer solution
- You will hold responsibility for the solution being implemented, working extensively with a Project Manager in the delivery of the project
- You will ensure that the highest possible standards are maintained throughout the full life cycle of the project, ensuring that project is within budget and delivering to essential time frames.
- You will provide the technical interface with the customer and ensure that the most appropriate add-ons and technologies are utilised, providing technical support throughout the lifecycle of the project
- Excellent Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central knowledge
- Substantial, in-depth and detailed manufacturing and warehousing knowledge
- Strong, proven consultancy and client interaction skills
- Demonstrable experience of delivering BD/NAV integration projects within a manufacturing organisation
- A good understanding of business processes - particularly in reference to manufacturing (production management, supply chain, goods in/out, logistics, etc)
- A logical and analytical approach to project delivery and problem solving
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and delegate to the wider team
- Ability to collaborate with internal Developers, Solutions Architects, Project Managers, Consultants etc.

**The Package**:

- Salary: A competitive salary (depending upon experience and qualifications)
- Working hours: 37.5 per week. Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.00pm with half an hour for lunch (we are open to discussion as to whether a role can be office or home-based, or hybrid)
