**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job listings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and completing reference checks
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including setting up new hire paperwork, providing orientation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain employee files and documentation, including employee contracts, performance evaluations, and disciplinary action records
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrolment, changes, and inquiries
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in an HR support role
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
