Student Support Assistant

We have partnered with an established education provider who are recruiting for a Student Support Assistant to join their Student Experience Team based In the Solihull area on a temporary basis.

To be considered for the Student Support Assistant role you must have:

- Qualifications (NVQ 2-3, City & Guild) or equivalent desirable
- Experience in a student support role essential
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Comfortable managing and prioritising workload
- Enhanced DBS required

Key Duties of the Student Support Assistant role Includes:

- Handling complex queries and escalate queries to the Success Coaches as and when required.
- Effectively identify students that require support and direct them to appropriate information sources/support services.
- Arranging 1-2-1 sessions with the relevant team member.
- Make suggestions about how the University can improve the service.
- Prepare clearly defined daily and weekly reports.
- Ensure product knowledge is relevant and accurate, engaging with training needs as required.
- Ad-Hoc admin duties

Key Information about the Student Support Assistant role includes:

- £11-12 per hour dependant on experience

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
