An exciting opportunity for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor with Residential experience to join an Award winning house developer who pride themselves on building quality prestigious developments.

This medium sized housebuilder specialise in traditional new build housing developments from concept through to completion. They have a reputation for quality builds ensuring the highest quality is maintained throughout the design, build and handover process.This company have managed to thrive since the pandemic despite being a fairly new company and have continued to grow. They currently the have around 8/9 developments running all with around 90 high quality units. They understand that people are the backboneof their business and so offer a competitive 10% bonus. Although they have big growth plans they are determined to commit to their original focus of building prestigious developments and continue being a five star housebuilder.
This is a great opportunity for a Quantity surveyor who is looking to join a High Quality Developer with and play their part in the success in a growing company and move their career up to senior and eventually management.
The role:

- Sub contract procurement / Management
- Cost reporting
- Picking up changes/ variations to plan
- Analysing and reporting costs

The person:

- Quantity Surveying Experience
- Experience in the Residential/ housing sector
- Looking to progress your career
