Lettings Co-ordinator

We are recruiting for a Lettings Coordinator to join a successful property company based in Hendon, with a forward-thinking approach.

The company has collaborated with a number of charities and sheltered housing associations to help house those on need which means this role can be extremely rewarding.

There is great progression opportunity within this growing business, and full training will be provided.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Responding to letting enquiries
- Answering phones
- Planning diaries
- Liaising with tenants and landlords
- Signing up tenants to properties
- Uploading adverts online
- Arranging client meetings for the team
