We are thrilled to be working exclusively with a forward-looking sporting organisation based in th4e West Midlands who represent Great Britain Internationally. We are currently recruiting for a **Head of Marketing**to join the organisation in a period of significant change. This role sits on the SMT, reports into the CEO and leads a team of three. You will be there to lead, increase and monitor the organisations profile and visibilitythrough influential Marketing, Communications and Digital transformation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver high value marketing and communications strategy to raise the visibility of its world class performance and participation programmes, events and membership services.
- Deliver a recognisable and attractive brand.
- Define high quality membership focused services reviewing membership products and services.
- Responsible for campaign development, insight led marketing and communications delivery.
- Deliver digital engagement programmes, events promotions, e-newsletters, magazine content and member services.
- Responsible for digital transformation strategy introducing a new App, CRM overhaul and refresh of current website.
- Provide industry insight, promote participation in targeted growth areas of the sport and drive commercial partnerships to increase the value of the company brand.

**About you**:

- Demonstrable experience in creating a strategic vision.
- Creative thinker with proven campaign experience.
- Digitally savvy with the ability to improve the digital footprint of the business and increase the digital footfall to increase membership.
- Have demonstrable copywriting, proofreading and content creation skills in maintaining the brand.
- Ability to interpret information, news, data.
- Strong organisational, planning and prioritisation skills.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This Head of Marketing, Digital and Communications will be based 4 days in their offices in Walsall and one from home. The role is commutable from locations such Worcester, Droitwich, Bromsgrove, Redditch, West Bromwich, Smethwick, Birmingham, Halesowen,Stourbridge, Brierley Hill, Kingswinford, Bilston, Wolverhampton, Telford, Cannock, Shrewsbury, Lichfield, Sutton Coldfield, Stafford, Burton on Trent, and Tamworth. You will be required on occasion to attend sporting events both domestically and internationallyand will be compensated with time off in lieu.
